Happy new year!

We’ve been doing a lot of planning recently to ensure that you have the best time at our tasting room year-round – so read on!

Join us on January 28th from 4 – 8 pm for Apple Fest and the Grand Opening of our neighbor, Chatham Cider Works!  Now is your chance to be among the first to try the latest local booze, an alcoholic cider produced exclusively from NC apples, and only available (right now) in the Fair Game tasting room.  The evening is all about everything apple – come at 4 pm for an apple tree pruning demonstration by Bobby Tucker of Okfuskee Farm at Fair Game’s small-but-strong heirloom cider orchard, then stay for apple toddies, a continuous jump-in-jump-out game of Apples-to-Apples, apple treats to sample, and of course, Chatham Cider Works Hwy 64 Blend on tap and in bottles.  Check out the facebook event here.

Then, get ready for Valentine’s… all Valentine’s weekend (2/10 – 2/12) we’ll be offering a special for you and your sweetie – a cheese plate and two glasses of wine for $15, plus 10% off all bottles of wine.  Then, for V-day itself – stuck with a less-than-ideal dinner reservation time?  Driving in from out of town and want to make the evening last a little longer?  Just want to get out of the candlelit dinner rut?  We’re opening up the tasting room on Valentine’s day for you and your boo – drop by anytime between 4 and 10 pm for silent romance films, light h’ors d’oeuvres and desserts, and lovely drink specials for you to make googly eyes at each other over.  Buy tickets or make a reservation here.
