Amber Rum Swizzle
  1. Fill a Collins glass halfway with crushed ice.
  2. Add Amber Rum, lime juice, and falernum. Swizzle to blend, then add ice to the top of the glass and swizzle again until the glass is frosted.
  3. Top with more ice (if needed), bitters, and a straw. Serve.
