Elegant Decay
  1. Combine all ingredients except lemon peel in a stir glass. Add ice, and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  2. Strain into a coupe glass, and express lemon peel over the glass. Garnish with lemon peel and thyme sprig, and serve.
Recipe Notes

To make the chanterelle-infused Amber Rum, we steeped 50 g dried chanterelle mushrooms in a bottle of Amber Rum for 3 days.  Filter mushrooms out before serving.
