We had the chance in May 2017 to be a part of a dinner fundraiser for Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation with Chef Scott Crawford at Burkett Farm. The event raised over $48,000 to support their fantastic mission of helping the helpers around the triangle. Our friends at FOUNDATION created a pair of delicious cocktails featuring our Flying Pepper, Apple Brandy and Amber Rum. Check out the Cool Cucumber for the other cocktail created for this event.

  1. Muddle one or two strawberries in the bottom of a mixing tin.
  2. Add lime juice, simple syrup, Amber Rum, and ice, and shake to chill.
  3. Strain over ice and garnish with a freshly snapped snap pea.
