The caipirinha, the national cocktail of Brazil, is a refreshing and thirst-quenching cocktail traditionally made using cachaca, a rum-like spirit made from sugarcane juice.  This recipe comes to us from John Mackenzie at Elliott’s on Linden out of Pinehurst, and uses our No’Lasses instead of cachaca.
