We had the chance in May 2017 to be a part of a dinner fundraiser for Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation with Chef Scott Crawford at Burkett Farm. The event raised over $48,000 to support their fantastic mission of helping the helpers around the triangle. Instructions
  1. Muddle a few cucumber slices in the bottom of your mixing tin.
  2. Add lime juice, Flying Pepper, Apple Brandy, and plenty of ice, and shake to chill.
  3. Strain over ice, and top with a splash of tonic. Garnish with fresh herbs to serve.
